The family-friendly arena offers skaters three NHL-sized indoor rinks, a skate rental office, a small arcade, a snack bar and The Village Grill, a full-service restaurant. The Ice Arena also offers discount "cheapskate" hours during the week, plus classes, pick-up hockey games, party packages, camps and clinics. The pro shop, DRM Sports, sells a wide array of hockey equipment and skating accessories.
Supreme Sports Performance and Training provides strength and conditioning for dedicated athletes wanting to push their bodies to success. This concept is based on time-tested ideas with proven scientific principles that strip away the nonessentials that interfere with progress. This creates an atmosphere of trust and hard work.
SSPT believes the work of an athlete is achieved in a training facility and not a gym. It is in a facility where training involves a focused and systematic approach to reach a specific goal. Furthermore, this is done in an environment without mirrors and other distractions that offer an illusion of space without any benefit.
Also, only SSPT offers a Paramount Assist Dip/Chin for those not yet strong enough to perform bodyweight dips and pull-ups and a Free Motion Dual Cable Cross, which is valuable for a select number of specialized moves. Real training requires free weights and hard work to improve performance and balance.
When weather permits, SSPT opens the gym doors so their athletes are in a natural environment without human comforts.

Earth Treks Climbing Center is the state-of-the-art indoor rock climbing experience for every person wanting a challenge.
Since 1990, more than 20,000 people have learned to climb at Earth Treks. There are a ways to learn to climb based on age, interests and goals. It is best for beginners to start with an open climb which offers an introduction to climbing. Next comes learning the basics for teens and adults. This lays the foundation to becoming an experienced climber with growing skill levels.
The next step comes with a climbing expedition organized by Earth Treks. Treks go to Cotopaxi, Ecuador and Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Ice climbing courses are part of the offerings. There are also private expeditions that are part of the Wharton School of Business Leadership Ventures Program.
Earth Treks has a complete gym and organizes yoga classes to help get into shape for serious climbing. It also has rental equipment, pro shop, healthy snacks, showers and lockers. Special events are also available.
The Rockville Earth Treks is located behind The Marlo Building. Other locations are in Timonium and Maryland.
