The location offers basketball programs in partnership with the Suwanee Sports Academy, including training, professional coaching and fundamental lessons. You can work out with its free weights, strength machines, spin cycles, treadmills, treadwalkers, ellipticals or stair climbers. Classes are scheduled throughout the day and include yoga, spinning, step, Corepole and Zumba. The schedule changes every 6 to 8 weeks. Depending on the time of year, children can do gymnastics, soccer, swim lessons, or basketball. Child care is available in the mornings and late afternoons in a clean and friendly daycare to kids 6 weeks and up. After school care is also available for kids at Vickery Creek.
