The FishHawk Ranch YMCA Express offers a fully equipped wellness center available to all members at no additional charge. Most of its state-of-the-art cardio machines are equipped with Cardio Theatre personal TVs so members can watch their favorite cable TV channels and listen in on their own headphones. If they prefer music, they can listen to family-friendly music played on the surrounding speakers. A spacious group exercise room hosts a variety of classes free to members. The Play Center offers high-quality, supervised activities for children age 7 and under with a family membership. Children may visit the Play Center for up to two hours in the morning and evening.
