Community Health Network is comprised of five tertiary care hospitals, five immediate care centers, three nursing homes, and numerous other health care facilities located throughout central Indiana. Communitys facilities are licensed for over 930 beds and approximately 8,500 full-time employees work within the Community network. Community Health Network began operations in 1956 with the opening of a new hospital to service the East Side of Indianapolis. Community Health Network is headquartered in Indianapolis and is comprised of seven corporate entities, both profit and nonprofit. It also includes five hospitals with a total of 1,500 beds, three nursing homes, a primary care physician network with 120 owned practices, 30 ambulatory care centers, seven network-wide product lines and six independent surgery centers.

Arnett Clinic is a large multispecialty medical clinic offering health care services to patients in a 14-county area of north-central Indiana. Located in Lafayette, Ind., the clinic has more than 150 physicians and 23 midlevel providers (advanced practice nurses) who provide medical and clinical care in more than 45 specialties. This includes a full complement of ancillary services, such as audiology and hearing aids, optical service, nutrition, respiratory therapy, speech and Sportsplus rehabilitation. Arnett Clinic is distributed throughout 12 locations in Lafayette and eight Regional Medical Centers in Delphi, Frankfort, Flora, Monticello, Otterbein, Oxford, Rossville and Wolcott, Ind. The clinic is operated by Arnett HealthSystem, a patient-centered, physician-directed organization that also operates Arnett Health Plans, a regional health maintenance organization.
