Robert Livermore Community Center is a 71,000-square-foot facility run by the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District. It offers a community building, recreational building as well as an aquatics center. The community building features a ballroom, classrooms and meeting rooms for patrons looking to rent for special occasions, conferences or meetings. The rec building offers a wide range of programs and activities for teens as well as the "Fiesta Room," which can be rented by parents for parties and birthday celebrations.
The building also has a wood-floor studio for dance as well as a gymnasium for youth sports classes and games. The aquatics center features a 25-yard-by-33-meter pool for recreational use and also provides classes, swim lessons and activities including water polo, exercise and kayaking. The center offers a huge range of activities for all ages, including camps and a variety of classes in art, music, writing, baby-sitting and more for kids. Adults can choose from numerous classes as well, such as decorating, cooking, ballet and dancing, among others.

The Eagle Aerie #609 of Livermore, a fraternal charitable organization, meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month. Its hall is an affordable venue for concerts, fundraisers and other public events, from census trainings to DJ events. The building's history traces to Livermore's Portuguese community; it used to be Portuguese Hall.
The Bothwell Arts Center provides low-cost teaching and rental space for those who create, perform, teach and enjoy cultural arts activities such as dance, visual arts, music and more. The center fundraises with the annual ArtWalk Livermore, a bi-annual Mardi Gras bash, and now a series of Zydeco dances. Space is available for rental for performances, music parties, art classes and exhibits, open mic events, dance events, music recitals, guitar singalongs, plays and other events with an cultural arts focus. The Bothwell Arts Center is also the managing site for the Bothwell's Downtown Art Studios at 62 So. L Street, the producer of Art Happens and manages the visual art exhibitions at the Bankhead Theater.
Bankhead Theater is the cultural center of Livermore. The theater is the hub for The Livermore Performing Arts Center and was newly built and created in September of 2007 to be a world-class performing arts center. Equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, the sound in the facility is uncanny. The seats are extremely comfy and it exudes an atmosphere of class.
Shows range from off-Broadway to local performances of old classics, by local, national and international talent. The mission of the Livermore Performing Arts Center is to enhance the public's appreciation, enjoyment and understanding of the arts.
Drummer/promoter/producer Anna Kremenliev owns and runs this comfortable, accessible lesson studio for aspiring musicians of all ages and levels. Beginners are a specialty, and Anna, who also teaches drums, and her four fellow instructors aim to give affordable lessons with integrity. The hours cater to students' work and school schedules. There's free Wi-Fi for waiting parents and various specials, including a free guitar, with two paid months of lessons. Music Time also rents band equipment.
