The Academy of Gymnastics has been offering gymnastics and personal fitness training to young people since 1976. It believes that gymnastics is an excellent way to build self-confidence, learn perseverance and acquire balanced health. It has classes for pre-schoolers to teens. It offers recreational classes as well as a team program.
Serving the Chelmsford area for over 20 years, All-Star Gymnastics has worked together with children and their families with the objective of building strong generations of children. The center's philosophy focuses on positive reinforcement, well-being and skill-building experiences, all of which are individually tailored for your child. Classes are offered from age 18 months (with parental participation) to ten-plus years. All-Star Gymnastics is equipped to cater to any skill level and offers Olympic-regulation apparatus. All instructors are CPR and first-aid certified and are licensed Massachusetts instructors. Birthday parties are also available. Children have access to the trampoline and tumble-trak and are supervised by trained professionals.
