Pacifica Athletic Center is a locally owned, multipurpose gym with circuit training machines, heavy boxing bags, free weights, power-lifting equipment, and an aerobics room that includes stair machines, bikes and treadmills. Bathrooms with showers include a free towel service. PAC offers many types of classes, including aerobics, yoga, body sculpting and pilates, plus Kenya Academy, a mixed martial arts studio. There is a children's waiting area and classes for kids. Personal trainers are available.
