The Habit Burger Grill is a one-of-a-kind burger restaurant that has been thriving in California for over 40 years. There are several locations throughout Southern California, and they specialize in charbroiled burgers. This location is on the corner of Reseda Boulevard and Dearborn Street and somehow manages to stand out in an area that has dozens and dozens of restaurants, cafes, and eateries within a just a couple blocks. Its unique look and simple menu has impressed locals. Besides burgers, they serve a number of grilled sandwiches, salads and sides. There is also a number of sides available and a menu specifically for kids. There is a small patio area out front to eat and a drive thru as well.        

Chipotle is a chain of Mexican-style restaurants specializing in custom-made burritos. There are a wide variety of fresh ingredients which customers are encouraged to select from as the food is prepared to order in an assembly line of sorts. Meat items include carne asada (beef), carnitas (pork) and chicken. Other typical ingredients include rice, beans, cheese, vegetables and sauces, all of which are combined with or without meat ingredients to form the filling for a burrito, tacos or salads.

Godfather's Burger Lounge is a family owned and operated restaurant and lounge. 

The restaurant features a Godfather motif, decorating the walls with scenes from the famous trilogy about an Italian mob family. It serves beer from Devil's Canyon, a local brewery.
