The Division of Rehabilitation Services offers programs and services that cater to people with disabilities go to work or stay independent in their homes and communities. Based in Baltimore, Md., it offers programs through the Office of Field Services, the Office for Blindness & Vision Services and the Workforce & Technology Center. The divisions vocational rehabilitation programs and services include programs and classes that teach job skills, job placement assistance and academic classes for reading, writing and mathematics. The Division of Rehabilitation Services is an agency of the Maryland State Department of Education.
