Formerly known as Manning Farms, Vidalia Valley specializes in creating gourmet and country style products. The firm makes relishes, dressings, salsas and sauces as well as other processed foods and ingredients. Vidalia Valley is one of the only processor in the United States that grows its own Vidalia Onions. Additionally, it also produces Vidalia onion rings, frozen onions and fresh cut produce. It offers a variety of products, such as dry spice dips, black bean salsa, Vidalia onion plants and VO (Vidalia onion) creamy vinaigrette.
