In 1994, the property became the Bergamot Station Arts Center, keeping the industrial look and shape it held over a century earlier. Today the complex houses three main galleries: the James Gray Gallery, the Pier 59 Studios West and the Writer's Boot Camp. Other events, such as author book readings and office parties, also happen here. All spaces are available for rent.
