I am a PhD economist who is currently Professor of Economics, Public Policy and Public Administration, and International Affairs at The George Washington University. I have more than 40 years of experience in teaching and research in the subjects of: applied microeconomics, taxation and fiscal policy, public expenditure analysis, and regulation. I have consulted for a wide variety of government agencies including the National Institute of Standards and Technology, The Small Business Administration, The National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, The United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Emergency Management Administration, The IRS Office of Research, the National Science Foundation, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
