My main goal is to always ask the question, “what can I do to add more value to the services I provide to my clients?” When I close a transaction, I want my clients to be so happy that they tell everyone they know how much VALUE I brought to the table. I strive to build lasting relationships with my client and I let them all know, just because the deal has closed, I wont disappear! I believe networking is a crucial aspect of my job. I love meeting new trustworthy people and small business owners who can help me help my clients. Its critical to have as many trustworthy people on my team that I can call If my client is in need. I am well aware that the real estate industry is flooded with Real Estate Agents Thats why I like to tell my new clients, dont just give me your business, because I would rather EARN it. Give me the opportunity to EARN your business! I believe one of the most important aspects of being a Realtor is being AVAILABLE...as simple as that sounds, it has statistically been one of the biggest complaints about Realtors. If I am unable to answer my phone I promise it is because I am truly unable to, but will always get back as soon as I possibly can. I have turned potential clients down before because I always want to have enough sufficient amount of time available to deliver the best customer service to the clients I am already working with.
