Established in 1974, Azteca Mexican Restaurants is a chain operating in the Pacific Northwest. Based in Lake Oswego, Ore., it runs a collection of outlets in approximately 35 locations, serving more than 400,000 customers each month. The restaurant maintains separate menus for lunch, dinner, Little Amigo, Fiesta Platter, Cantina as well as a catering menu.
