Bay View Foods, based in Pinconning, Mich., has been in the cucumber grading and brining business since 1946. One of the largest briners of pickling cucumbers in the United States, the company specializes in fresh, brine and custom stock services and processes freshly harvested premium raw pickling cucumbers. It produces five percent of the total U.S. production. Bay Views facilities include washing, grading, sorting and brining and can grade and prepare field-fresh stock for cold bulk shipment.
