Khoi FM located within the Ames Pantorum building on Douglas Ave is a community-based radio station. The signal reaches Ames and most of Story, Boone and Hardin Counties and residents are encouraged to participate in on-air broadcasts. The station carries the national radio program Democracy Now! as well as local programs like Perspective, Letters to Washington, Arts Magazine and Against the Grain.
