Armstrong s Cricket Farm, located in West Monroe, La., offers commercially grown cricketscrickets and other live bait. Founded in 1947, it caters to pet shops and fish bait shops throughout North America. Crickets are considered among the best live bait for bream, perch and catfish. In addition to being used as fishing bait, it is also the choice pet food for many reptiles and amphibians, including snakes lizards and frogs.
