This privately held company has been helping to furnish the Bayside community and beyond with fire protection equipment since 1958. Lund designs, sells and installs extinguishers, fire alarm and extinguishing sprinkler systems.
The business is family owned and was purchased from Mr. Lund in 1979. Current co-owner Richard Alexander, who is from New York City, says his company is "full service" and provides every aspect of fire protection. His company has no website, having survived on positive word of mouth from his local client base, which includes Papazzio Restaurant on Bell Boulevard.
