About SSMG Southern States Management Group, Inc is a full service fully staffed professional management company actively involved in every aspect of the management of community neighborhood and condominium associations. Since 1990, as Palm Coast Property Management, Community Association Managers, licensed by the state of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and effective support personnel have been successfully delivering complete accounting, budget/cash management, member relations, on-site staff placement and contract vendor and personnel supervision services along with restrictive covenant, architectural review and Florida Statute compliance in Volusia, Flagler, St. Johns and Duval Counties. In addition to condominium and neighborhood associations, we have also provided management and day-to-day supervision services to community development districts and water and wastewater utility operations. Currently, Southern States is the managing agent for roughly 50 condominium and neighborhood associations. Each association demonstrates a very unique set of characteristics that are successfully incorporated in the day-to-day management of their respective community without compromising our total quality management or our dedication to maintaining the highest possible service standards. Our business was established in 1989 and on March 1, 1999, as Palm Coast Property Management, our office was relocated to its present location, in the center of Palm Coast, at 7 Florida Park Drive North, Suite C, Palm Coast, Florida.
