The Eagan Department of Motor Vehicles has a large waiting area and several clerks to help customers on a first-come-first-served basis. The office allows walk-ins for the written and driving tests, however, appointments are recommended. The office takes its last appointment at 3:50pm, cell phones must be turned off, and there is an ATM available.
