Tulsat was established in 1985 by brothers David Chymiak and Ken Chymiak. Originally a supplier of parts and service primarily to the satellite industry, the company has redirected its focus and mix of products and services to the cable television industry. Tulsat maintains one of the worlds largest inventories of new, surplus and refurbished equipment and accessories for the cable industry. Its customer base numbers in the thousands and includes large multi-system operators and hotels, motels, hospitals and apartments, among others. Tulsats workforce operates from facilities encompassing more than 100,000 square feet of space. The company also maintains one of the industrys largest inventories of head end, line gear, taps and traps for such leading manufacturers as Scientific Atlanta, Blonder-Tongue, Drake, California Amplifier and General Instruments. Tulsat is part of ADDvantage Technologies Group and maintains headquarters in Broken Arrow, Okla.
