Tri Aerospace, LLC, was formed in 1998 with the purchase of D&S Manufacturing and Engineering. After purchasing this facility, it began the conversion of a manual machine shop into a CNC oriented Aerospace R&D machining and fabrication facility. Our Mission is to be a leader in providing world-class manufacturing solutions, based around our core competencies in precision machined components, to the Aviation, Military/Defense and Specialty markets. By embracing total quality management and continuous improvement, and by developing competent, highly trained, and motivated employees, we will achieve a strategically planned growth that mutually benefits our customers, employees and the company. To that end, in 2001, a new 30, 000 sq. ft. facility was designed and constructed in Terre Haute, IN. Tri Aerospace moved into this facility in June of 2002. We have acquired machining capabilities that are highly compatible with the needs of our customers and the markets we serve. Specializing in the CNC Machining of Aerospace Components, Tri Aerospace provides Concurrent Engineering, Project Management, and Prototype builds on Research and Development Programs for Aerospace Industry. We also have Long Term Agreements ( LTAs ) on production aerospace and land based turbine components with various engine manufacturers and first sub-tier suppliers. We understand the needs of our customers and realize the requirement for flexibility.
