Robert Daley, founder and owner of South Hills Art Center, is primarily a portrait artist. He worked for many years as a freelance portrait artist before buying this gallery in Brookline. Daley now teaches classes in oil painting techniques and much of his work is hanging in his gallery. Daley also still paints custom portraits.
Settled at the end of the Meeting House Centre strip, Mainline Cycles is an all-bike shop on the Narberth end of Montgomery Avenue. The spacious store keeps most of its displays along the walls, allowing staff and customers to move freely through the racks. The managers and employees are both very invested in their customers, helpful and conversational while providing professional advice. As part of the Meeting House Centre strip, there is free parking both in front of the store and behind the building.
