Since 1991, Fitness for Life has been all about holistic health toward physical maintenance and well-being. There are essentially two businesses in this location, Fitness for Life Massage Therapy and Fitness for Life Personal Training. The office is in the lower level of the white brick building, located across from Pick'n Save.
Fitness for Life has been operating since 1998 at the current location, providing services such as massage, personal training, reiki, and acupuncture. There is also access to a gym membership in the West Allis area that also offers tanning.
Terry, who does massage, has been in the North Shore area for more than years. Asher, who does the personal training, has been working here for 15 years.

The Wisconsin Athletic Club is a state of the art fitness facility. It includes two swimming pools and classes, including yoga and pilates, and a children's area. The athletic club also hosts events and activites for members and the community.
Founded in 1973, Wheel and Sprocket is now Wisconsin's largest bicycle store. This location has hundreds of bikes available, as well as accessories of various types including lights, reflectors, spare tires and bicycling clothes. Customers can visit the store or order online.
Wheel and Sprocket also has a large service department that will maintain and repair bikes.
Skiing equipment is also available at this location.
Play It Again Sports is a used sporting goods retailer. This location of the national chain carries a wide variety of gently used sporting goods, from weights to baseball bats to athletic mats. The staff here says that some of the most popular items are treadmills and ellipticals.
The Wisconsin Athletic Club has been in operation since 1976. Having helped Wauwatosa residents lose thousands of pounds, the club has grown into a local chain with over half a dozen locations. The WAC has the mission of making local lives better through a variety of activities, classes, training and more at this 46,000 square foot facility.

Co-owner Brent Emery grew up in Wauwatosa and is proud to provide the community quality bikes and other goods for healthful lifestyles. Emery was an Olympic cyclist, and lends his expertise through the shop's biking classes and clinics.
