ABOUT PIAS ANTIQUES Pias Antique Gallery has been in business in the same location for over 40 years. Pia Stratton, the owner, is a second generation antique dealer and collector. She constantly searches the world over for the finest in antiques and decorative objects. Her inventory is hand picked to offer her discerning clients the utmost in quality and investment. The Gallery is located in the heart of Music City, Nashville TN, off of interstate I-65, Wedgewood Exit, two blocks to 8th Avenue, one block to our shop. Our reputation is most important and customer satisfaction is our goal. We stand behind every item we sell and never buy anything that we would not be proud to own. We welcome any questions and will be delighted to answer inquiries, but we do not sell on a trial basis. We try to be very thorough in our descriptions and pictures. My techs work diligently to provide you with clear and sufficient visual representation, but screens differ, colors can be off a little, and discrepancies can occur. If you have doubts concerning any aspect of a listed item, please ask. We are usually in the shop Monday through Saturday from 11: 00 am to 5: 00 pm. We are a verified PayPal member. We also accept Visa and Mastercard ( United States only ), money order, cashiers check, or personal check. We allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear before item is shipped. We prefer to have payment within ten days of the close of auction. We will make every attempt to work with and accommodate our buyers should there be a change in circumstances, and the purchase is not possible. We are honest, we expect you to be the same. Buyer to pay for all packing, shipping, and insurance charges unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. We are happy to give estimates for shipping and will try to provide you with the most cost effective means of safely transporting your purchases. Please note that we ship a lot of breakable items. In order to ship these items safely, extra care and materials must be used in packing which might result in a higher than normal shipping fee. We usually ship USPS priority mail, fully insured with delivery confirmation, but also use UPS and FedEx when appropiate.
