Though the Church of St. Alban, "Roxborough's little church around the corner," was founded in 1859, its current mission is "to be a community of Christ Proclaiming the Good News ... and Living out the Gospel in our lives and in the world." Led by the Rev. Kyle Tomlin, the church actively serves the Roxborough community in order to make the historic teachings of Christianity meaningful by example. The Church of St. Albans offers Sunday services as well as Bible study and evening prayer on Thursdays.
St. Timothy's has a long history in Roxborough, but has a fresh approach to keeping faith relevant and alive in its congregants. The church building is historic, but the words and ministries are modern. St. Timothy's has a lively youth group, and many other ways to get involved during the week besides just a Sunday service. See the website for more information or come to meet people and experience St. Timothy's for yourself at Sunday service September thru May at 8am and 10:30am (September through May) and 8am and 9:30am (June through August).
