Our energetic and dynamic firm was founded in 2006 and is headed by Donald G. Koch, P.E. With over 30 years experience in the industry, Mr. Koch has designed plumbing and mechanical systems for high rise, hotels, gaming facilities, restaurants, theaters, conference centers, schools, health care, office buildings, local and state government buildings, retail and light industrial spaces.Our experienced project designers and CAD operators take pride in the appearance, completeness and accuracy of our documents. Our goal is to make our documents sufficiently accurate and complete to pass building department review with no comments and to permit construction with as few contractor Requests for Information as possible.Our designs avoid the use of costly proprietary systems, unless we are directed otherwise by the client. We incorporate proven systems in our designs and follow the local paradigms, but are willing to consider new applications and materials that solve problems incurred following existing design paradigms. We look for opportunities to save the client installation and operating costs while maintaining the expected level of quality in the mechanical and plumbing systems.
