Civic Engineering and Information Technologies, Inc. ( CIVIC ) was founded in 2004 as a Tennessee Corporation ( formerly known as KogCo, Inc. ). In 2004, KogCo/Civic began by successfully performing consulting services related to Information Technology implementations as well as building a small team to offer space planning and interior design to the local market.After over 2 years of successful business, Civic announced that it had negotiated the purchase of the Tennessee operations of USInfrastructure, Inc. ( USI ), a multi-discipline Engineering and IT firm. The asset sale was completed on May 26th, 2006 and the sale included all assets and operations of USIs Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga Offices. Civic has maintained and expanded the staff and resources of Civic and is a financially stable corporation dedicated to the needs of our clients.The staff of Civic is dedicated to client service.
