Larry Aguilar Planning & Grading Design is located on Cabot Road between La Paz Road and Paseo de Valencia. Aguilar is a hillside grading specialist. However, he is best known for his bumper stickers. In 1992, Aguilar launched a series of city-pride decals and bumper stickers called Lo-Cals for 16 cities in Orange County. Since then, these stylized emblems have been affixed to everything ranging from cars, trucks and minivan rear windows and bumpers to dorm room walls, refrigerator doors and high school lockers. The Lo-Cals consist of initials of a local city and display city and civic pride for those who display them. One of the first big hits was "HB," the initials for Huntington Beach. Today, just about every city in Southern California has one and the craze has moved nationwide. The company is located in the La Paz Business Center just off the I-5 Freeway exit on La Paz Road.
