Richard J. Bagan currently operates a technical service business consisting of electronic repair, calibration, engineering, computer networks, custom software and field service. The business initially focused on the plastics and rubber industries. In addition to repair, calibration and field service, Richard J. Bagan added distribution of heaters, temperature controllers, sensors and final control devices. Over the years, Richard J. Bagan s business and electrical experience has grown to include the repair of all electronic devices manufactured throughout the world. Richard J. Bagan started calibrating, servicing and installing industrial control equipment in northeast Indiana in 1974. Two years later he incorporated the company. The company temporarily opened offices in Charlotte, N.C., and Atlanta until a central distribution facility was established in Indiana.
