Square One is a licensed, professional, HVAC corporation which handles all aspects of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry, from installing new systems to the servicing of existing models. Square One also provides additional services such as decorative sheet metal ( copper roofing and counter-flashing ) and custom-made exhaust hoods. Originally formed as Square One Contracting on June 1, 2004, the company underwent a name change in August of 2005, and became Square One Heating and Cooling, LLC. The name better describes the companys niche in the construction industry. Square One opened their current location in Union Grove in the spring of 2006 and became a factory authorized Bryant dealer in 2007. The company, owned by Steve Hansen and Lee Schroeder continues to grow. The size of our company is truly an advantage for customers.
