Port Richmond High School has an enrollment of more than 2,600 students and is located in Staten Island, N.Y. Founded in 1927, the school offers advanced-placement courses in science research, medical technology, travel and tourism, calculus, European history and law. Its facility consists of catering kitchens, photography studio, dance room, robotics lab, printing and wood working shops, auto mechanics unit, computer labs and a television studio. The school also offers extracurricular activities, such as spring musical, drama club, concert band, jazz band, chorus, athletic teams, cheerleaders and yearbook.
