I started my agency in 2006 after spending some time in the senior citizens market dealing with clients that for many years had no education about how insurance worked and ultimately purchasing insurance that didn’t do them any good as they grew older. Our mission statement at The Kirkwood Agency is simple. The mission of the Kirkwood Agency is to provide the highest quality insurance product in a cost effective manner to people from all walks of life, while sustaining the highest moral and ethical values and a heart for friendship. Our desire is not only to help our clients protect their assets through education but to provide direction that will allow our clients to grow their assets as well. Since the start of the agency we have been recognized by Farmers® Insurance and the community in the services we provide. We have been named Best of the Best by readers of The Keller Citizen 4 years in a row. We have also been named Living Magazine Best of Keller & Haslet Reader’s Choice 2014 Best Insurance Agency. The Kirkwood Agency has also been awarded “Ambassador of the Year”, “Volunteer of the Year” and been nominated for many community awards by the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce. We have achieved recognition from Farmers Insurance for Topper Club and Championship status for the work that we have done in the agency and many other recognitions within the Farmers Insurance Companies.
