The Eastern Iowa Community College District, also known as EICCD, operates Clinton Community College, Muscatine Community College and Scott Community College. The college district offers various career programs in automotive and diesel technology, automotive collision repair, culinary arts, emergency medical services, and accounting and farm management. Its colleges additionally provide classes in graphic arts, health information technology, home care aide, horticulture, mechatronics, nursing and welding. The Eastern Iowa Community College District s colleges are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the Iowa Junior College Athletic Association.
