Huther-Doyle serves more than 2,000 individuals and family members annually from its three sites in Rochster. Many clients are low income and lack health insurance coverage. More than 60 percent are African-American or Hispanic. Huther-Doyle is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
