Dr. Walsh provides specialized care for adult spinal deformity, spinal tumors, and scoliosis, and treats patients who suffer with cranial problems, such as tumors and epilepsy. Committed to his patients having safe and quick recoveries, Dr. Walsh performs minimally invasive spinal surgery whenever suitable. After receiving his undergraduate degree in civil engineering at Tufts University in Boston, Dr. Walsh completed his medical degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. He completed his neurosurgery residency and fellowship in orthopedic and neurological complex spine surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Walsh is a member of the North American Spine Society, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, AOSpine, and International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery. His research has focused on the biomechanics of the L5/S1 junction in long thoracolumbosacral constructs. Dr. Walsh has medical privileges at Allegheny General Hospital and Forbes Hospital.

Dr. Reichstein earned his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland Ohio, and completed his general surgery internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. He completed his fellowship in colorectal surgery at Michigan State University in Grand Rapids, Mich. He has received numerous awards and honors regarding teaching and research and has participated in medical presentations nationally. He has authored book chapters and many articles published in medical journals. He is board-certified in colorectal surgery by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.

Dr. Mosier earned his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa., graduating with honors. He completed his orthopaedic internship and residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He went on to complete a sports medicine and shoulder fellowship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Mass. He has submitted research abstracts and presented his findings to medical audiences around the country and is a published author of articles in medical journals. Dr. Mosier has served as team physician for a number of high schools, colleges and universities as well as the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

Dr. Brabender specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery. He treats most acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions of the shoulder, elbow and hand in adults and children. He has received extensive training in shoulder arthroplasty, arthroscopy, upper extremity fracture management, tendon issues, nerve-related problems and microsurgery. Dr. Brabender received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his surgical internship and orthopaedic residency at Allegheny General Hospital. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in hand and upper extremity surgery. He is board-eligible by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Brabender has conducted extensive research in his field of hand and upper extremity. He has given numerous presentations to medical audiences at both national and regional conferences. As a native of western Pennsylvania, he is looking forward to sharing his expertise with his patients. He practices at the Human Motion Center and has staffing privileges at Allegheny General, Forbes and West Penn Hospitals. He also performs surgeries at the Monroeville and Peters Township outpatient surgery centers. He is accepting new patients of all ages.

Dr. Jobe, director of the Esophageal and Lung Institute, is a nationally renowned pioneer in the field of minimally invasive surgery and endoscopic therapy for the treatment of esophageal cancer, Barrett’s esophagus, esophageal mobility disorders and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). A prolific medical researcher and international lecturer, Dr. Jobe serves as the principal investigator for two NIH grants that focus on improving early detection of esophageal cancer, specifically on the development of serum and tissue biomarkers, a precursor to a blood test for the early detection and treatment of esophageal cancer. In 2015, Dr. Jobe received Pittsburgh Business Times’ Health Care Heroes award in the Health Care Innovation – Individual category for his discovery of four protein biomarkers which resulted in highly accurate and inexpensive findings in determining whether or not cancer was present.
