About Our Practice Lincoln L. Manzi, Jr., M.D., has been serving the Northern Orange County community for more than 30 years and is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. Jared R.Younger, M.D. M.P.H., completed a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery and is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. Whether patients need cataract surgery or are interested in laser vision correction eye surgery, our doctors can provide the best care possible. Our ophthalmologists are board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and provide a wide spectrum of eye care, ranging from comprehensive general eye examinations to highly specialized ophthalmologic care. If you have a problem that requires immediate attention, you can reach an ophthalmologist on call through our Answering Service. Please be assured that every effort will be made to provide the needed medical attention as quickly as possible. Orange Coast Eye Center participates with many medical and vision insurance programs. To find out if we are contracted with your insurance, call our office and we will assist you. Please bring your photo identification, current insurance card, and referral ( if required by your plan ) to your appointment so we may assist you in filing for your insurance benefits.
