Black Dog Coffeehouse began in March of 2003 as a collaborative effort of then owner Becki McCray and her daughter Sarah. After building not only a successful coffee shop, but a name consistent with quality, Becki sold the business in June of 2008 to Jeremy & Helen Meiss to carry on the standard of exceptional customer service and socially responsible coffee and products.Black Dog proudly serves coffee from the 2009 Roaster of the Year - PTs Coffee Co out of Topeka, KS. In addition we offer fresh pastries, cakes, cheesecakes and pies from local bakery Golden Boy Pies.
