Established in 1852, YMCA Buffalo Niagara is a charitable nonprofit health and human services organization. It is one of the oldest YMCA and the largest provider of child care in the United States. The organization serves people of all races, religions, incomes and abilities throughout Western New York. YMCA Buffalo Niagara conducts a variety of activities, including swimming lessons, youth sports, vacation camps, healthy kids day, summer camp, fitness and special events. It provides school age child care year round to more than 2,000 children at over 35 sites.
