CLASP Children's Center has been providing quality year-round childcare for working families in Great Neck and surrounding communities for more than 34 years. Childcare is available for toddlers and preschoolers, ages 18 months to 5 years -- and soon to include infants ages 12 weeks to 18 months. Breakfast, lunch and snack are provided. 

CLASP is licensed by the New York State Office of Family and Children's Services (OCFS). Tuition is based on a sliding fee scale according to family income, and financial assistance is available to those who qualify. CLASP also contracts with the Nassau County Department of Social Services (DSS) for income-eligible families.

Temple Emanuel of Great Neck is a synagogue that provides religious and worship services. It is a Jewish religious institution that is located in Great Neck, N.Y., and was established in 1954. Temple Emanuel operates a religious and nursery school and an academy for Jewish studies. It also organizes religious sermons and lectures of renowned speakers, such as Abba Eban, Henry Kissinger and Jeane Kirkpatrick. It additionally organizes recreational and social activities, such as trips to museum, fishing and carnivals. It operates a Social Action Committee that provides support services to the congregation and the residents of the community. Lake Success Nursery Day Camp is a private camp only available to residents of the community. Village children between the ages of 3-6 are can go to camp. Lunch is provided by an outside source, but your child is free to bring his or her own lunch. The children go on field trips and go swimming twice a day. No transportation is provided.
