Started in the early 90s, this lottery-funded child care center offers services for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old. Every teacher on staff must complete around 20 hours of training each year in CPR, first aid and fire safety. The low turnover rate for its employees means many teachers have been working here for more than 10 years. There is a playground in the back and a covered drop-off area. It also features elementary school pick-up and drop-off services.
