The enrollment of 520 students reflect the rapid growth of Bollinger's surrounding area. The principal of this school is Shawn Wells. The school colors are blue and gold and the school mascot is the bulldog. It's mission is to provide a safe learning environment where academic excellence and individual differences are valued and encouraged.
Neil Armstrong Elementary School was established in 1969. The school has been recognized for achievement as a California Distinguished School and a National Blue Ribbon School.
