Flair Studio is a family-owned dance and modeling studio that offers a wide variety of dance and modeling classes. Since it opened in 1980, numerous Flair Studio alumni have gone on to enroll at the Baltimore School of Arts. In addition to traditional dance styles, Flair offers Zumba and African dance as well.
Rolling Brook Yoga is the studio of Vicki Bannister and Alecia Flynn. It offers a variety of yoga classes for all fitness levels, including Gentle Yoga, Yoga & Abs, Yoga & Meditation, Yoga For Everyone, Pilates With Props, and Yoga 101, 102, 201 and 202. Rolling Brook Yoga sells yoga apparel, mats, bags and more. Gift certificates are also available.
Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Avalon Yoga and Wellness has classes for all ages and skill levels. The owner of the studio has a masters in dance/movement therapy and has been practicing yoga since 1985. The benefits of this practice are said to be inreased strength, concentration, relaxation and self-awareness. Massage and chiropractic services are also available.
