Footloose Dance Studio is located just outside of Maplewood Square in Malden. It is owned and operated by Chris Plumey. The studio, which specializes in ballroom dance, features an open space with hardwood floors and a few chairs placed around the perimeter. Picture yourself here learning the fox-trot, cha cha, rumba, tango and more!
The Dance Studio offers dance instruction for students from pre-school to high school. Its classes include ballet, tap, modern, lyrical, hip-hop, jazz and others. The Dance Studio additionally helms a dance company that showcases in various events, including NH Pumpkin Festival, The Prudential Center Mall’s Winterlight’s Festival, The Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk and the Massachusetts Special Olympics. It is led by owner and artistic director Amy Famiglietti.

Adult zumba and ballet classes are available. The studio sometimes features master classes and dance-intensive workshops taught by professionals.
Latin Beat Fitness Studio provides fitness training for individuals throughout the Middlesex County area. Various dance classes are available, as well as yoga, reformer pilates and Zumba Toning. Zumbatomic classes are available for kids. The entrance for this studio is in the rear of the building.
