About Studio Dance Generation was established in 1937 as Loree Atkins School of Dance, making it one of the oldest established dance studios in the South. It has continued for more than three generations offering quality dance, baton, and gymnastic instruction. We strive to give all students top quality instruction while providing an atmosphere that will show a passion for dance as well as love and a concern for children. Our goal is for our students to be well educated in the dance field, have pride in their accomplishments, learn respect for themselves and others, build confidence and friendships, and have fun. We feel that our studio helps develop a love for the art of dance while preparing for lifes many challenges.
