Alegria Dance and Fitness is the premier location for quality dance education and diverse group fitness classes located in Ludlow, MA. We pride ourselves on providing the Western MA community with classes that are taught by instructors who have performed professionally, have specialized degrees in relevant subject matter, that continue to take class and bring back that knowledge to our classroom.In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, it is part of our mission to bring guest artists and offer master classes in both dance and fitness to our customers to broaden their cultural and educational experiences.
