The Culinary Academy of Long Island has been leading the way by helping students to prepare for a wide variety of positions in restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering and cruise lines. It is my goal as President of CALI to continue to prepare each student and to place them in a rewarding profession of their choosing.
CALI has the training program you need to access these career opportunities, and to do it in nine months.
Since 1995, Little Chefs has been hosting cooking classes and birthday parties for kids. Children ages two to 15 learn how to make delicious treats and meals while also bosting math and science skills by measuring ingredients and seeing how temperature changes food properties. Birthday parties can include the choice of a meal, a cooking theme, invitations and a personalized chef's apron and tote. Mommy and me classes and programs for scouts and other groups are also offered.
