Mountain Gem Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution whose purpose is to satisfy the financial needs of our members/owners. Unlike other financial institutions that are strictly profit driven, our excess earnings are returned to the member/owners in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings yields, or reinvested into the credit union to provide additional products, services, and capital. Because of this cooperative philosophy, when any member saves, invests, or borrows at the credit union, everybody benefits!
