This department aims to reduce the impact of mental illness, substance abuse and developmental disabilities on residents of Loudoun County. The department has outreach programs in all three areas, and is overseen by the Loudoun County Community Services Board.
Loudoun County Child Protective Services investigates and responds to reports of child abuse and neglect. Those who suspect such a case are asked to contact the hotline at 703-771-KIDS to report theirs suspicion, and a trained social worker will investigate.
