NCADD South Bay, also known as the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence of South Bay, is a nonprofit organization that has been serving customers since 1973. The organization provides referral, outpatient, assessment, and alcohol and drug education services. NCADD South Bay offers the Adolescent Court Referral, Family Preservation, Drinking Driver, Wet Reckless Driver Education and Domestic Violence Batterers Treatment programs. The organization conducts parenting classes for parents of teenagers and Spanish speakers. It operates the Flossie Lewis Center in Long Beach, Calif., to provide residential services for pregnant and parenting women. Located in Torrance, Calif., NCADD South Bay is affiliated with NCADD, which has been providing drug and alcohol prevention, intervention and treatment services since 1944.
